What they need from you, and what they do with it
Every one of these asks for the same thing: the airline, the flight number, the arrival time, and the full name and address of your accommodation. That is not administrative fussiness. These details let the operator coordinate your pickup. Confirm the waiting allowance, any extra charge and the procedure for flight delays before travelling.
Confirm your arrival meeting point. Destination Soleil specifies the arrival hall near gate 7, with your name on a sign. Others describe the same thing in general terms: a representative with a board, help with the bags, then straight to the car.
On departure, the pickup is earlier than you think. Destination Soleil lists a baby car seat, on request only, with the transfer starting at €49.16. For any operator, give your child’s age, height and weight and obtain confirmation of the seat type, availability, fitting arrangements and any charge before paying.

Transfer, taxi or car hire
A return airport journey requires two one-way transfers. Price the arrival and departure legs separately for your party, accommodation and luggage. Compare those quotes with the total hire cost for the days you would actually use a car.
If you are staying put at a resort and have no plans to drive, two transfers can save you the work of collecting, parking and returning a hire car; compare the actual quotes before deciding on cost.
If you intend to see the island, include transport for those outings in the comparison, because airport transfers only solve the arrival and departure journeys.
